We are excited to be partnering with a Specialty Lloyd’s Reinsurer to recruit a Lead Architect. The successful candidate will lead technical design of digital products and ensure alignment with broader enterprise architecture. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Translate product vision into technical solutions and architectural building blocks. • Support agile leads and product managers with technical planning. • Act as primary contact for architectural impact assessments during Product Planning Events. • Produce and maintain Solution Architecture documents, promoting reusable patterns. • Present Low-Level Designs and key design decisions to the Technical Design Authority. • Guide development teams in assessing options and ensuring standards compliance. • Maintain partnerships with Data & Analytics, Information Security, IT Operations, and Infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have: • Experience with Integration and Middleware Systems, Web Application Architectures, and Data, Insight & Artificial Intelligence solutions. • Can lead “hands on” participation with engineers in designing technical solutions. • Can translate high level NFRs into Stories & Tasks for agile delivery teams • Background working a similar role within the Insurance industry.
