New Interim Compliance Manager (12 month-FTC) opportunity working with a top performing Lloyd’s syndicate. This role will provide hands-on support across a broad range of compliance activities, contributing directly to key regulatory and governance functions. Key Responsibilities include: • Lead Consumer Duty and Fair Value activities, including assessments, reporting, and product governance. • Manage customer complaints and liaise with regulators (Lloyd’s, FOS). • Support financial crime and sanctions reviews, responding to internal queries. • Assist with Lloyd’s/FCA reporting, SMCR compliance, and delegated authority oversight. • Contribute to compliance monitoring, horizon scanning, and regulatory change. • Support the Compliance Lead on projects and oversight reporting. Key Skills and Experience: • Proven experience working in compliance within the Lloyd’s market. • Solid understanding of conduct risk, complaints handling, and product governance.
