What You’ll Lead • Full ownership of end-to-end finance • A growing finance team across two business units • Monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and rolling forecasts • Regulatory & statutory reporting, including Solvency 2 • Financial business planning, including ORSA • Tax compliance (IPT, VAT) and balance sheet integrity • Cash planning and oversight of payments • Audit, reinsurance statements and external stakeholder relationships • High-value projects that influence business performance • Board and committee reporting What You Bring • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/AAT) • Strong insurance finance experience (motor is a big plus) • A sharp grasp of accounting, forecasting, planning and controls • Advanced Excel capability • Confidence, curiosity and the ability to lead from the front • Project management strength and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset Why This Role?
