Group FP&A and Investor Relations Manager A newly created role combining Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations responsibilities. The position supports senior leadership by delivering high-quality financial insight internally and clear, credible communication externally, with a strong focus on preparation for a potential IPO. Key Responsibilities - Lead monthly performance reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Support group-wide planning and decision-making with robust financial analysis. - Produce board and executive financial materials. - Support investor engagement, including earnings materials, investor analysis, and meeting coordination. - Monitor market and peer performance and summarise insights for leadership. Skills & Experience - Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent). - Strong FP&A background; Investor Relations or capital markets exposure desirable. - Advanced financial modelling and excellent communication skills. - Experience supporting senior stakeholders and handling confidential information. - IPO or public markets exposure advantageous.
