This role supports senior finance leadership in managing group-wide financial performance, reporting, and control. The position works across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring robust financial frameworks, accurate consolidation, and effective oversight as the group grows organically and through acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning through financial analysis, forecasting, and cost management
- Oversee and coordinate regional finance teams across multiple jurisdictions

Contribute to group financial reporting under IFRS and regulatory frameworks

Deliver group consolidation and aggregated financial results
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

Support audit processes and engagement with external stakeholders

Assist with implementation of new accounting standards

Participate in M&A activity and post-acquisition integration

Maintain and improve group finance systems and reporting processes
Skills & Experience
-
Qualified accountant (professional services background preferred)

Post-qualification experience in a group or complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulated reporting environments

Experience with group consolidation and finance systems
- Exposure to M&A activity desirable

Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
