Financial Crime Manager opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s market. Key responsibilities: • Monitor financial crime and sanctions developments and their application to the business. • Build out and maintain Financial Crime control frameworks and support regular risk assessments. • Support the development of other team members across Financial Crime. • Act as a key point of contact for the Compliance function on Financial Crime matters, building strong stakeholder relationships. • Assist in Compliance risk monitoring and management across the business. • Assist the Compliance team on wider compliance advisory and assurance matters. • Work on periodic and ad hoc reporting for regulators. • Integrate into projects to provide value add advisory and compliance assurance services • Report to, and participate as appropriate in, internal committees and working groups. What you’ll need to succeed: • Significant expertise in Financial Crime and Sanctions, ideally within the Lloyd’s/ London Market (will consider General Insurance).
