We are currently working with one of the world’s leading Insurance and Reinsurance companies for a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will provide management information, analysis and insight to inform and influence business decision-making. The role provides a key opportunity to expand within the insurance space. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; • Support the regular monthly and quarterly result cycle to the required standards and quality, with focus on consolidation of the UK result and Group deliverables. • Production of accurate, regular value add management information, analysis and insights to senior stakeholders and Group colleagues to aid decision making. • Supporting in the coordination and production of the annual Planning cycle and regular forecasting. • Support the wider FP&A with Group requests, analysis and consolidation support. • the provision of appraisals, and support for, new business opportunities and projects for consideration by the business decision makers. • Identify variances, ensuring these are investigated, and work with the business on mitigating actions. The ideal candidate should have; • Part-Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA • Experience working in an accounting/finance role.
