We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner for a Global Insurer to support their Specialty, Retail & Broker business area providing Motor, Home, Travel, Pet, Musical Instruments and Road Rescue insurance. Supporting the Senior Business Partnering Manager, you will work closely with your stakeholders and senior management team by providing financial support, information, analysis and insight. You will also: • Business partner your assigned area delivering reporting and analysis • Play a key role in delivery of the annual corporate plan process • Produce and provide key insights into expense trends and efficiencies • Work with budget holders to manage and challenge expenses to budget targets • Produce and present analysis, providing actionable insight • Drive processes forward through challenge, collaboration and improvement • Deliver ad hoc requests as required • Support tenders and projects activities with financial modelling, providing insight, challenge and provide advice on recommendations to drive profitable growth • Support the monthly reporting cycle including analysis of monthly financial performance, sharing insight into the revenue, expenses and the overall profitability versus plans and prior time periods If you have an insurance/financial services background and are fully Qualified Accountant, this could be a great opportunity for someone who would like to further their career within a large organisation, gain exposure across the business up to Board level and have full accountability your assigned business areas.
