New all-encompassing Compliance Business Partner (Reinsurance) opportunity working with a market leading Brokerage. You will serve as the primary contact for all Compliance matters concerning Reinsurance operations. Key Responsibilities: -Act as the key point of contact for all Compliance matters; -Provide Compliance advice on issues and risks, including development of new products, business and/or operating models and functional processes; -Support in reporting to the various relevant governance committees; -When required, represent Compliance in Business and key Governance Committees; -Assist senior leaders, as required, with any FCA and/or other regulatory body interactions; -Carry out periodic risk assessments for allocated Business Area(s); -Liaise with other compliance areas, acting as the ‘bridge’ between these and the business; -Maintain awareness of key regulatory changes and support the impacted areas through design and implementation. Skills and Experience: -Proven broad Compliance experience within a Lloyd’s Syndicate/ MGA and/or Reinsurer.
