Compliance Analyst opportunity working with a rapidly growing MGA headquartered in Prague. You will assist the Compliance and Legal team in ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with insurance, regulatory, and data protection requirements across all entities. • Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate timely implementation of updates. • Conduct gap analyses and support corrective actions. • Handle compliance inquiries and manage the compliance calendar. • Collaborate with legal teams on specialist matters and protect the organisation’s IP and contractual rights. • Promote a strong compliance culture and support training initiatives. • Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures. • Contribute to risk assessments, audits, and regulatory inspections. Key Skills and Requirements: • Fluent English and Czech proficiency. • Proven Compliance experience within a regulated FS organisation (insurance preferred). • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
