Claims Manager - Professional Lines and Casualty Responsible for a team of 4 Responsible for a diverse portfolio of UK and US Casualty Act within claims authority both financial and non-financial (including appropriate referrals with regards to declinatures and reservations of rights), ensuring compliance with the referral process for litigation against or involving Premia or companies for which we have claims handling responsibility. Participation in quarterly actuarial reviews and reserving committees where appropriate. Assistance with Reinsurance queries in order to accelerate payment of our claims.
