We are excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing Lloyd’s Syndicate to recruit a Business Change Analyst. In this role, you will report directly to the Business Change Manager and collaborate closely with all areas of the business to ensure the successful and strategic delivery of key change initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Support the Head of Business Operations in overseeing Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity Plans (BCP). • Manage Outsourcing, Third-Party Contracts, and Due Diligence for established contracts. • Gather and provide data for external audits, resolving queries as needed. • Coordinate with Internal Audit to update key control information and documents. • Ensure timely completion of Business Working Group Packs (IT/Outsourcing/Operations). • Review, update, and develop clear documentation for Operational policies and processes. • Assist with Operational Regulatory Reporting. The ideal candidate should have: • Experience working a similar role within the Lloyd’s Market. • Awareness of Project management methodology and Business analysis fundamentals, who is looking to further develop their skill set. • A dynamic team player with a hands-on and can-do approach. • Strong communication skills.
