Binding Authority Manager £45,000 Essex – Flexible hybrid working A leading and growing Insurance Service Provider are seeking a Binding Authority Manager to oversee and develop a team of technicians to evolve the function. Key responsibilities: • Manage a team of binding authority technicians to ensure all company objectives are met. • Act as a reference point for team members providing assistance in resolving binder/bordereaux upload queries. • Act as a focal point for the training and development of new and existing binding authority technicians in the usage of the systems. • Maintain appropriate processes and training manuals for all activities undertaken. • Liaise with brokers via structured meetings and ad hoc queries to resolve outstanding issues and progress the timely provision of all bordereaux types. • To develop and test the binding authority management systems to improve performance and provide an enhanced cost effective solution to clients. • Assist in the performance management of the BAM team, ensuring bordereaux upload rates are maintained • Establish and maintain an internal review process of all binders
