About Karl
After graduating from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Karl trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG in Dublin.
He has worked in the corporate finance departments at a number of merchant banks and stockbrokers, latterly at Credit Lyonnais Securities for seven years and Robert W. Baird for two until June 2002.
Karl set up Ashling Capital LLP in December 2002 to provide consultancy services to quoted and private companies.
He sits on a number of AIM quoted and private company boards and in 2010 Karl helped to found Edenbrook. His advice and guidance have been integral to the business' success.
Karl lives in surrey with his wife and 4 children and in his spare time enjoys golf.
