Here at edenbrook, I am for an Interim Project manager. Reporting to the Business Change Director, you will be providing management for all projects and business change initiatives across the firm. The successful Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project development, managing, motivating and monitoring across a range of projects. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; • Providing project management for projects / business change initiatives with appropriate and agreed project management methodology. • Initiating and closing a project • Controlling a stage • Managing product delivery • Managing stage boundaries • Working closely with in house teams to understand the business requirement for the project. • Developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project. • Defining the deliverables, resource requirements and work planning for the project and managing through to completion. • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget • Managing, monitoring and motivating cross functional teams assigned to the projects • Working with and supporting the wider Business Change Department. The ideal candidate should be: • Proven solid project management experience • Degree qualified or equivalent experience • Lean Six Sigma knowledge / certification desirable • Prince 2 knowledge / qualified practitioner desirable • Experience with multiple project budgeting, management and control
