One of the worlds largest business advisory firms is looking to add to it’s growing Insurance Internal Audit Advisory team, to work across it’s wide portfolio of clients within the Financial Services sector. Joining as an Assistant Manager, you will work across multiple engagements, consistently gaining and building your experience on delivering internal audit assignments and on regulatory advisory projects. Working as an extension of the business, it will be critical for you to manage new and existing strong working relationships with the teams clients and to consistently build on the brands already great name in the market. Working across multiple projects and assignments, this will also allow to develop Subject Matter expertise and technical regulatory knowledge that will aid your career development. Key elements of the role will include, but not be limited to: • The creation of, management of and delivery of internal audit review and regulatory assurance reviews, specifically with the Insurance sector. • Build and develop your own working relationships with key business stakeholders, both internally and externally • Involvement in regular client meetings and pitches The role of an internal auditor is highly focused on the ability to communicate and build relationships in order to advise / consult accordingly your findings to aid the development of good governance. You must be a good communicator and have a commercial mindset. Other key requirements of the role are as follows: • The holder of relevant qualification – ACA, ACCA, CIA • Experience working within Internal Audit or, external audit within Insurance with a demonstrable interest in moving to Internal Audit • Knowledge of the Insurance sector preference but if not, Financial Services experience a must • Great communication skills both written and in person • A Team player
