FP&A Analyst We’re hiring an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a leading UK Retail finance team. This role is ideal for a commercially minded FP&A professional with strong experience in forecasting, performance analysis and executive-level reporting. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that drives decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering monthly performance analysis across key P&L areas - Leading forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting activities - Providing forward-looking insight on risks, opportunities, and trends - Supporting leadership reporting, QBRs and strategic decision-making - Driving process improvement, automation and cost efficiency initiatives - Partnering across Finance and the wider business to influence outcomes Must Haves: - Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) - Strong FP&A experience within general insurance
