The largest non-advised life insurance intermediary in the UK is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to come and join the finance team. This role, reporting directly to the CFO, will support key business stakeholders in providing insightful and analytical MI to the CEO, COO, CIO and Board on how the business is performing. The business have recently hired a new CFO and exploring a number of potential acquisitions and new product launches. You will lead critical business performance insight to the Exec, directly influencing the company’s strategic decision making and driving business performance. You’ll be expected to be able to quickly gain credibility with senior stakeholders and own key business relationships, as well as demonstrate first class project management and communication skills. You will need to demonstrate a high amount of skill and experience in Excel and PowerPoint (particularly bringing creative ways to present MI) and delivering analytical and insightful MI to senior management.
