Compliance Manager (Advisory) opportunity working with a rapidly growing insurance broker. You will provide prompt, accurate and effective compliance advice whilst promoting and developing the compliance culture across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide pragmatic compliance and regulatory advice across the business, supporting policy, licensing and regulatory matters.
-Oversee key compliance frameworks, including Conflicts of Interest and SMCR, ensuring effective governance and regulatory compliance.
-Support regulatory reporting, applications and engagement with relevant authorities.
-Act as a trusted business partner, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering practical solutions to compliance challenges.
-Support the development and delivery of the Compliance Plan, projects, policies, procedures and training.
-Monitor regulatory developments and help implement regulatory requirements and best practice across the business.
-Prepare compliance reporting for Committees and Boards, maintaining key compliance records and registers.
-Develop team capability, promote a strong compliance culture, and ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory obligations and organisational values.
Key Skills and Experience:
-Strong compliance advisory/ business partnering experience within the insurance industry.
