Compliance Manager opportunity working with a top performing Lloyd’s Syndicate. You will play a key role in the management, and day-to-day operation of the Regulatory Compliance Framework. Key Responsibilities: -Maintain the Regulatory Risk Assessment framework and conduct assessments as required. -Draft and update compliance policies and procedures. -Support delivery of the annual Compliance Monitoring and Training Plans. -Oversee broker onboarding with a third-party provider, including due diligence and TOBA management. -Communicate regulatory updates and advise on business impacts. -Manage sanctions reviews and escalation of true matches. -Oversee Complaints Management and reporting. -Support the annual Lloyd’s Oversight self-assessment and action tracking. -Provide training and guidance to the Compliance Analyst. -Advise the business on compliance matters across key functions. -Represent Compliance at committees and projects. -Undertake ad-hoc compliance tasks as required. Key Skills and Experience: -Minimum 5 years insurance experience, preferably within the Lloyd’s environment. -Proven Compliance experience within the insurance industry, particularly around financial crime and conduct.
