A top international specialist Broker is seeking to expand its regional UK operations to supplement growth by seeking a Claims Executive to handle a portfolio of Claims and to act as a nexus of liaison between stakeholders within a specialist area.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities:
• Manage a multifaceted caseload of Professional Indemnity claims, with potential involvement in Cyber, D&O and Financial Institutions claims in the future.
• Work to ensure a high level of support for clients and insurers to acquire the best possible claims settlements for clients as quickly as possible, providing continued support and servicing.
• Build comprehensive claims documents.
• Present claims to underwriters, taking care of queries, providing feedback and responding appropriately to clients, insurers and relevant internal departments.
• Review and prepare correspondence regarding notifications and claims to ensure that products and cover best meet the client’s requirements.
• Keep clients and insurers advised of developments relating to notifications and claims, collaborating closely with third parties as.
• Investigate and resolve queries from clients, following these through to resolution and keeping all parties advised throughout the process.
• Ensure up to date records are maintained at all times on the Group systems.
You will need to be able to demonstrate you have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent commercial understanding.
• Good decision-making skills/analytical.
• Good knowledge relating to claims-handling process.
